The Calipatria City Council will meet Tuesday.

At 5:30 p.m., The council will first meet in closed session. They will continue a conference with real property negotiators on the price or lease terms with Desert Pro Ventures, LLC. Open Session is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. The Calipatria Foundation will make a presentation on the Lithium Valley Specific Plan. Other items on the agenda include a resolution authorizing and amending the five-year Permanent Local Housing Allocation Program. Council will also consider adopting the Draft 2025 General Plan Annual Progress Report. The meeting is held in Council Chambers at City Hall.
