( Saturday will have a couple fun events)....The first event will be fun and educational.

It is Pioneer Day at Pioneers Memorial Museum.. The event will feature bands, pony rides, Blacksmithing, an Old West Shootout, food vendors and more. It starts at 10 am and runs through 2 pm at tge Museum on Aten Road. Saturday Night is Mardi Gras 2026 in El Centro. with a street festival and parade.. The Street Festival starts at 5 pm. The Mardi Gras Parade kicks off at 6 pm. The parade will be led by Mardi Gras King Jaime Honold and Queen Viviana Honold This year the parade will start at 12th and Main Street and will travel to 6th and Main Street. There will be lots of beads, music, food vendors and a lot of fun.
