El Centro Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 700 block of Adams Avenue Sunday.

Officers found the individual near a trash dumpster. Officers contacted the individual and found him in possession of a concealed loaded .38 caliber revolver. The suspect also had an outstanding warrant for their arrest. The suspect was arrested for the warrant and also charged with Possession of a Concealed Firearm.
