A pair of accidents marred Wednesday afternoon.

The first accident occurred shortly before 3:00 p.m. at State Route 78 and Green Road. Four people were injured in the accident involving two vehicles. 

The second accident was was reported at 4:27 p.m. at Hovely Road and the Brawley Bypass. An SUV and a sedan collided. No one was injured but a traffic signal was damaged and debris littered the roadway slowing traffic.
