(New date announced for Mardi Gras in El Centro)...The 2026 Mardi Gras Parade and Street Fair will be held in the heart of Downtown El Centro.

It will be held Saturday February 21st, The event starts at 5 pm, with the parade stepping out promptly at 6 pm. Festivities will continue through 9 pm. The Festival will feature games, food vendors and a beer garden. Following the parade, live music will take center stage with a performance by Jordan and The LVB. Known for non-stop energy and top-tier musicianship, the band delivers an exciting mix of pop, rock, r&b and country hits, bringing a Las Vegas-style concert experience. The parade this year has a new route. It will start at 12th Street and travel straight down Main Street, ending at 6th Street. The updated route is designed to enhance the viewing experience while showcasing the energy and character of El Centro's downtown core.
