(Off roaders have been gather in the dunes)....Several Off-Road enthusiasts arrived in the desert over the Christmas Holiday.

Several others have been arriving throughout the week leading to the New Year's Holiday. People from all over the country have come to enjoy the Imperial Sand Dune Recreation area. They are reminded the impaired driving laws pertain to off-roading, as well as street traffic. Law enforcement encourages the off roaders to have fun, but in a safe way, to allow everyone to enjoy the experience.
