(Imperial Irrigation District Board of Directors).....They are meeting this afternoon.

It is their regular meeting, just a day early. The meeting begins at 1 pm in Condit Auditorium on Broadway in El Centro. On the Action agenda, the Directors will discuss an amendment to a service agreement with Formation Environmental fo Salton Sea Air Quality Mitigation Program. They will also discuss a resolution establishing safeguards to protect ratepayers and parameters for large new industrial loads. Following Board Reports, The IID Board will reorganize. They will choose a news Chairman and vice-chairman, a Treasurer and Secretary to the Board. Chairperson Division 3 Director Gina Dockstader is expected to turn the gavel over to Division 2 Director JB Hamby.
