Instead of stopping this week, the suspect decided to make police catch him. They did, Kirk Alfred Hassan was taken into custody near the intersection of C Street and Boswell Court. A search of the suspect vehicle revealed a variety of narcotics. The suspect was booked into County Jail, charged with evading a peace officer and resisting arrest, possession and transportation of controlled substances for sale. Hassan was being held without bail.
