(Calipat City Council meets this evening)...They will go into Closed Session at 4:30 pm.

During the session the Council will discuss litigation. They will conduct a performance evaluation of the Police Chief, and there will be a conference with real property negotiators. Open session begins at 6 pm. The meeting will be led by Mayor Michael Luellen. There will be a Public Hearing on the City of Calipatria Community Center Park initial study and mitigated negative declaration. They will discuss awarding the bid of Professional Design and service contract for the Bonita Place pedestrian safety project between south Brown Avenue and Southeast Avenue. They will hear staff and council reports before adjourning the meeting.
