(Holiday Season in Full Swing).....It was a very festive weekend.

On Friday, both El Centro and Brawley held their Christmas Tree lighting ceremonies. Saturday was the 79th Annual Christmas Parade in El Centro, with KXO Radio's Carroll Buckley as the Grand Marshall Pioneer's Museum hosted their 2025 Holiday Tour Around the World Saturday evening. The spirit continues this coming weekend. The City of Imperial hosts their Parade of Lights this Friday. Dennis Morita will be the Grand Marshall. Saturday Imperial hosts their annual Christmas in a Small Town. Also Saturday the City of Calexico will host their Christmas Parade. The theme this year is Christmas Joy Around The World. The parade will start at 10 am Saturday. On Sunday the first ever Imperial County Giant Public Menorah Lighting will take place at Eager Park in Imperial. The ceremony starts at 4:30 Sunday and it is free to the public.
