(Border Patrol agents stopped a vehicle on November 12th)...It was on north bound Interstate 5.

A Border Patrol K-9 team alerted to the vehicle. A search resulted in the discovery of 36 plastic wrapped packages in the trunk of the vehicle. The packages tested positive for fentanyl. The packages had an estimated street value of $397,000. The narcotics were seized. The driver, a male US citizen, was arrested. He was turned over to Homeland Security investigations.
