(Imperial Irrigation District Board of Directors meet Tuesday)....The meeting will be a work session.

The meeting begins at 1 pm. There are two action items on the agenda. The Directors will be asked to approve the Cook Street Substation Funding and Reservation of Capacity Agreement. The second item is for the approval of the Avenue 58 Substation Funding and Reservation of Capacity Agreement and Engineering and procurement agreement. They will discuss Financial Resilience and access to credit markets, and there will be Board reports. The Work Session will be at Condit Auditorium on Broadway in El Centro.
