They are recognizing the critical role water plays in our daily lives. The nationwide awareness campaign is Imagine A Day Without Water. They say from the morning cup of coffee to the crops in the fields, water powers every part of life in the Imperial County. The campaign message encourages communities to pause and consider what life would be like without this essential resource. The campaign is organized by the US Water Alliance to raise awareness about the value of water and the critical need to invest in reliable water infrastructure. The Imagine A Day Without Water message unites thousands of public agencies, utilities and organizations nationwide recognizing the importance of water to public health, safety and economic vitality.
