The Yuma County Narcotics Task Force served a search warrant on a residence in the 1500 block of West 3rd Street.

Deputies and agents entered the residence on Tuesday morning and found an 82-year-old woman. The woman appeared to be in good health but was taken to Onvida Health as a precautionary measure. A search of the residence led to the discovery of slightly over 272 grams of methamphetamine and 10.5 grams of cocaine. A loaded firearm and multiple items of drug paraphernalia indicative of street sales of drugs were also located. A suspect, Vincent Maldonado, 41, of Yuma, was arrested and booked into Yuma County Detention Center on multiple charges.
