(SDSU IV Nursing Program receives a grant)....It is a two-year, $150,000 grant.

It was awarded by Song-Brown Healthcare Workforce Training Program, part of the California Department of Health Care Access and Information. They have been awarding the SDSU IV Nursing program funds since 2023. Since the awards began, SDSU IV Nursing has received $720,000. The funds allow the program to expand with new essential equipment, instructors and advisor. The Nursing program has been very successful. It operates out of the SDSU Brawley Campus.
