(The Desert Region Career and Resource Expo)....It is being hosted by the Imperial County Workforce and Economic Development Office.

It will be held Friday, August 8th at the Imperial Valley Mall. The hours will be from 11 am to 6 pm. The one-day event is designed to connect job seekers with local employers and community resources, all in one place. Job seekers will be able to meet employers hiring for a range of positions, including seasonal, entry-level, skilled and supervisory roles. They will learn about essential services and resources, and connect with recruiters and explore career opportunities face-to-face. Attendees are encouraged to bring both paper and digital copies of their resumes
