It is entitled Driving High Is A DUI. They will detail how and why being high on marijuana is considered driving under the influence, the same as alcohol or any mind altering drugs. The presentation is free and will be held Thursday at the Imperial County Holtville Library, 101 East 6th Street in Holtville. The event begins at 2:30 pm
