(PTSD Awareness Month)....Kicking off the month is Elevate and Flow.

It is a special wellness event It is for veterans, dependents and family as well as the public. The event is focused on healing. It is being held Saturday at the American Legion in El Centro from 8:30 to 10:30 in the morning. It is hosted by VetConnect in partnership with Elevate with Sherri and American Legion Post 25. The event will offer a blend of movement, nutrition support and holistic healing. The event is free, but space is limited.
