The National Weather Service says June is in the process of turning into June. Normal June temperatures are expected by Saturday, and then they get hotter. The Weather Service predicts temperatures at close to 110 by Sunday and Monday. The heat will be around 108 to 110 degrees into the first part of next week. Emergency services are advising residents to stay hydrated, and carry water with you if you go out anywhere. The list of Cool Centers is expected to be released soon. Monitor the Public Health Department and IID websites to see the list of Cool Centers as soon as they are released.
