(Two new CHP officers are from Imperial County)..They recently graduated from the California Highway Patrol cadet training.

Dominique Turnage is an El Centro native who graduated from Central Union High School in 2017, and studied criminology at IVC His duty assignment with the CHP is the San Diego area office. Also graduating from the CHP Academy was Jose Angel Monzon of Brawley He graduated from Brawley Union High School in 2020. He has been assigned to the CHP's Marin area office.
