(Another entertaining weekend)...It starts Friday in Imperial. In The Park After Dark.

It is being held at Eager Park in Imperial, featuring Fiesta Del Valle. Bring your chairs and blankets. The fun starts at 4 pm. Saturday it is happening in El Centro. The city is bringing back a traditional event. It is El Centro's Ice Cream Social and Rain on Main. The long-awaited return begins at 6 pm Saturday at the Downtown Square. The free, family friendly event will be an evening of fun, live music, food vendors, a kid's zone and a beer garden. The El Centro Fire Department will provide the rain. Saturday is also Community Climate Action Day. It starts at 8 am Saturday. IID and a group of volunteers will help enhance the Shank Alamo Wetlands near Brawley.
