(Brush Fire extinguished)....The fire started Saturday morning.

It burned 400 acres Southeast of the Salton Sea. Crews from Holtville, El Centro, Brawley, Calipatria and the Calipatria State Prison assisted County fire in extinguishing the fire. The fire was declared out Sunday afternoon. No injuries were reported. A cause for the brush fire has not been revealed.
