The contest is open to everyone 18 years of age and older, with no geographical restrictions. Participants are invited to submit their original artwork for a chance to have their design featured as the official poster for one of the most anticipated events in Imperial Valley. All entries must be submitted by midnight pacific standard time on December 11.
