It is not only an opportunity for free coffee, it also allows residents an opportunity to meet local officers, ask questions, and discuss any concerns they may have in an informal friendly setting. In response to public requests, this event will be held in the evening. It will run from 5-7 pm at the Starbucks at 202 South Imperial Avenue in El Centro.
