As art of the modernization and expansion of the port, there will be a temporary closure of one block of Urtuzuastegui Street between William Brooks Avenue and Second Avenue August 14 - 16, from 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 P.M. Phase 2 of the project will see the southernmost lane of Urtuzuastegui Street between Archibald Street and Main Street closed from August 19 - 23, from 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The closures necessary to accommodate utility installation construction.
