(Brawley City Council agrees to a study)....The issue was discussed at this week's Brawley City Council meeting.

The council agreed to continue a study to bring down the Hinojosa Park Water Tower. Discussion to bring the tower down had been tabled years ago. It was brought back this week. And the council agreed to move forward. The study is to determine how that will be done.
