(Los Amigos are inviting Calexico residents to participate)... Los Amigos De La Comunidad, Incorporated is hosting a Free Community Mural Paint Day.

It will be on Wednesday at 423 East 2nd Street in Calexico from 7 to 9 pm. It is to launch the painting of a mural promoting voting and civic engagement, a go out and vote mural. The public is encouraged to come out and assist. The well-known muralist Michael Lopez is the designer and painter. He will be present to paint the mural. The mural unveiling will be Friday, July 26th at 7 pm.
